H.H. Jayapataka Swami Maharaj Jhulan Darshan
"Yesterday was the third day of Jhulana-yātrā. I did Jhulana-sevā for the small Rādhā Mādhava. I also offered dhūpa, dīpa, flowers, cāmara and peacock fan.
I then offered ārati to Rādhā Mādhava Māyāpur Candra and Rādhā Mādhava Aṣṭa-sakhīs. His Grace Subhekṣaṇa prabhu was also present in the temple today.

Sri Hamsa-vahana Shiva Visits ISKCON Mayapur
Ever seen a deity who needs a swim to cool off? At Hamsa Vahana, Lord Siva makes a rare three-day appearance each Caitra Purnima, while the rest of the year he chills (literally) underwater in Alakananda Kunda to cool his fiery temper. About 50,000 devotees gather to witness the spectacle, constantly pouring water on the Siva-linga to prevent it from overheating - apparently, he gets hot just thinking about Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu!
The lake where the Siva-linga is kept most of the year is about 1 km away, in the middle of some fields. The place where the Siva-linga is kept in the lake is surrounded by a wooden fence that encircles the linga, about 4 feet wide. There is a large tree next to the lake.

Join us for His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's Vyasa Puja Adhivas Ceremony! Adhivas means a ceremony before the actual event, a preparatory ceremony which gets us in the mood of the event.

Balaram Purnima Celebration
Lord Balarama, the original guru, shows up in Chaitanya Lila as Lord Nityananda - the one saint who happily hands out mercy to everyone. His birthday party, Balarama-purnima, kicks off with an evening ceremony, followed by a half-day fast that’s basically a warm-up for the feast to come. Murtis of Krishna-Balarama are decorated nicely and kept on the altar platform.
At around 11 a.m., an abhisheka is performed and bhoga of varieties of sweets, savories, chutneys, rice, sabjis, cakes and pastries are offered. Flowers are offered at Their lotus feet and a maha-arati is performed. And a grand feast is served at 2 p.m.

Sri Radha Madhav Janmashtami Flower Abhishek Ceremony
Have you ever seen such a colourful ceremony before? The whole screen is filled with vibrant flowers as devotees celebrate the divine appearance of Lord Krishna. Though unborn and eternal, the Supreme Lord, out of His causeless mercy, incarnates to protect the pious and destroy the miscreants. Appearing as the son of Vasudeva and Devaki, He delighted the world with His childhood pastimes in Gokula and Vrindavan.
On this sacred night, a grand midnight flower abhisheka is lovingly offered to the small Radha Madhava Deities, filling the temple with devotion, beauty, and joy.

5th Disappearance Day of HH Bhakti Charu Swami Maharaj
Renowned for his deep scholarship, affectionate nature, and unwavering devotion to Srila Prabhupada, His Holiness Bhakti Charu Swami inspired countless devotees and advanced Krishna consciousness through numerous innovative projects. His life exemplified love, trust, and cooperation within the spiritual family, reflecting the mood of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and His associates. To honor his legacy, devotees are encouraged to keep Srila Prabhupada at the center, read and share his books, and remain devoted to ISKCON’s mission.

In 2025 we celebrate Srila Prabhupada’s 129th Vyasa Puja, honoring his tireless dedication to spreading Krishna Consciousness worldwide. Vyāsa-pūjā, the worship of Śrīla Vyāsadeva, is observed because Prabhupada, as his divine representative, bestowed the Vedic knowledge that guides us to eternal life. Following the instructions of his spiritual master, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, he devoted his life since 1922 to sharing the teachings of Krishna and Chaitanya, uplifting humanity from ignorance and inspiring devotees everywhere. Jai Srila Prabhupada!
